Industry Practice - Week 4:
In this blog I will talk about the creation of our presentation, our meeting and how we decided who would be researching which part of the powerpoint.
Meeting:

Meeting Agenda & My Role: I needed to give tasks to the others in my group so that we could start creating the presentation
Decisions and/or Actions & Deadlines: We decided who was getting the information for each of the sides

Other Reflections:
During our meeting we needed to decide who was going to get the information for each slide so I decided to put all the slides on our miro and asked them to pick each one that they wanted to work on and then I assigned the last one for Jacob. I asked them to have placed all of the information placed into the miro by Thursday morning so that I could place all of the information onto the presentation in time for the presentation the next day.
Creation process of the presentation:
Before I put the information into the slides, I used the different assets that Jess had created and placed them in the powerpoint creating the background that I used throughout all the slides on the powerpoint. I took the information they had put onto the miro and I condensed the information into bullet points then I placed them on the powerpoint and it could be used for reminding them of what they needed to say without the board being too word heavy. I completed all of the slides except for Lottie's slides as she asked if she could create her slides so she would know what was on her slides for her to talk about.
